Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque on completion of your power of attorney documents.

The Office of the Public Guardian charges a standard registration fee of £82.00 per Power of Attorney. The donor may qualify for exemption or a reduction based on their financial circumstances which will be discussed when we visit you.

You must pay the application fee directly to the OPG when you register and fees are non-refundable.

Payment can be made either online, over the phone by credit or debit card or by cheque.

The Registration Fee is NOT included in our cost.
